An alluring colour coated over a layer of gloss or balm will not only make you smashingly bright and attractive; it has always been known as the best lip enhancer. If well applied, it will make even the smallest and most malnourished lips appear fuller and more fleshy. These results however can only be achieved if the application of lip liner has been perfectly done, clearly demarcating the edges of your lips, without exceeding the boundaries or making the lip line too brief.

As it is with all cosmetics, when choosing lip colour, be careful not to take home a fake product. You will only be jeopardising your own health and safety.
